Child assistants help our ensemble of Variety and inclusive kids and teens throughout the rehearsal and performance process. These volunteers help with tracking all entrances and exits for the kids during rehearsals, learning their parts in the show, and providing supervision and support while backstage during technical rehearsals and performances. Dressers
Dressers work backstage on the wardrobe team the week of technical rehearsals and during performances. They assist with costume preparations for each performance and costume changes throughout the show.
