Our Policy
Variety the Children’s Charity of St. Louis uses its best efforts to respect the privacy of its online visitors. On our Web site, we do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view our site. Variety only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, ZIP and postal codes, e-mail addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a Web site visitor. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected in order to respond to a stated desire to volunteer time to Variety or to make a financial donation online. This information is used solely by Variety or other entities who are involved in the operation of this Web site for internal purposes. Variety lists are never sold to third parties. Should you subscribe to our e-newsletter, we will not share your e-mail address with any outside party and will only send occasional, relevant e-mails regarding volunteer opportunities, upcoming events and other important announcements. If you, at any time, decide you no longer wish to receive e-mail notices from Variety, we ask that you click “unsubscribe” on our e-newsletter or e-mail us asking to be removed from our mailing list.
